There are three major traits about a shovel, and in order to join you must first prove these in the ranks of battle (or just Ventrilo):
Fun: This trait is in the top three traits that one should have, if you can’t have fun in a game, what is the point to playing it?
Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm plays a key roll in everything we do, from scrimming to pubbing, from Team Fortress 2 to Pokemon World Online, we do it all because we’re willing to have fun, be a little odd, and just kick back.
Awesome: The final and most likely greatest quality of a Shovel is his/her ability to be awesome. Whether it’s sharing a ROFLCOPTER of a picture, telling a kick-ass story, or just adding “in angry pants” to the end of every sentence, #TeamShovel would not be complete without the awesome that binds us together today.
